This surrealist image is in excellent condition with no foxing and features distinctive detailing and shading.
This lithograph is in the permanent collection of the Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco.
Beecher once stated, “Almost all of my themes are based on something that has a three-dimensional feel. I was one of the best known of the artists that painted in three dimensions, which is what we call trompe l’oeil. I still paint in a very meticulous three-dimensional style.”
